On today’s show, Philip’s guest is Pastor Randy Fuller of New Beginnings Family Worship Center in Northport, AL. Today they are face to face discussing facts that are going on in America today. As Christians, we all need to stand up and fight for what we believe in. We believe that God is raising up a remnant in the church, and with that He is allowing the shaking to go on. If we don’t stand for something, then we will fall for everything. Fear doesn’t come from the Lord. God gives us power, love and a sound mind. Anything other than that is from the devil. “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV
On today’s program, our guest Nathan Tabor, is the Executive Director of Handling Life, a ministry focused on “handling life” by applying God's Word. Today he wants to share with you the keys on how to calm the storms that are raging around you. He has recently written a book called, “Modern Day Jonah”, and in this book he discusses that not all trials in life are roses. We have two choices that we can make during that time. 1. We can choose to obey or disobey God. 2. We can either be like Job or Jonah? We can choose to trust the Lord despite the circumstances, or we can choose to run away from them. Things on the outside may have appeared to be in order, but on the inside Nathan was lost and needed the Lord's help to get through them. He chose to seek the Lord’s help despite the pain and turmoil. In this season you may be facing some storms that you don’t think you have the strength to make it through. But God promises that He will never leave you and never forsake you. We want to encourage you to give God your all and take a step of faith in obedience to Him.
We’ve been talking a lot about revival and how God uses different circumstances to bring forth revival. Revival is where people turn their hearts to God. When you have a hunger for more of Him. God is looking for a willing vessel to pour out His spirit upon, to change the circumstances around you. Today, Philip, and his guest, Gene Bailey, discuss the history of revival through the years, and the importance of how America needs it today. The key points to revival are simple, but you must be willing. The signs of the times are all around us. It’s time for America to wake up and stir up the gift of God inside of us. To stand up and be the people that we are called to be for the Lord’s Kingdom. Revival starts with you.
Today’s message is one of fatih, hope and trust in the Lord. Our guest, Karen Schatzline, wants to share her testimony of her healing miracle from the Lord. The Bible doesn’t say that you will never go through a valley or a trial, it does say that Jesus will be there with you when you do. We may face a lot of trials in this world, but God is asking, “Do you trust Me?” Do you trust the Lord to be there with you, to hold your hand and walk with you? Mrs. Schatzline wants to encourage you to get your memory book out and recount the times when then Lord was there with you. And, if you don’t have one, start one today. God wants you to know that you are never alone and He is always there with you. He is supporting you and fighting on your behalf even when you don’t see it. Renew your trust in the Lord today and use the Sword of the Spirit against the lies of the enemy in your life. Let faith arise in your heart right now. Speak this out over yourself, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7
We are living in the most divisive times in this country. We all know someone who is going through a rough time, whatever it may be. Wouldn’t it be great if you could be a part of someone’s answer? To know that you are a part of someone’s miracle. What would it look like if we shared one act of kindness with someone? On today’s show, we have Pastor Kevin McDaniel. He and Philip want to encourage you today to be the change that you wish to see in this world. To extend your hand in God’s love to a hurting soul. Part of the way that you can do that is by being yourself. We have all gone through a valley experience in life and have all needed a helping hand. Your words of kindness mean more to someone than you think. Be that connecting person. You never know what words of encouragement can do in someone’s life. “Nothing is more appealing than speaking beautiful, life-giving words. For they release sweetness to our souls and inner healing to our spirits.” Proverbs 16:24 TPT
We have a very important show for you today. Pastor Mark Ivey shares with us the call to action that the Lord has placed upon his heart. In the book of Nehemiah, Nehemiah is burdened by the rumors that his country is in despair and his father's tomb lies in ruins. He cried out to God in repentance, sought favor from the king and went back to Jerusalem to rebuild the walls around the city. What should have taken years only took 52 days to complete. Pastor Ivey believes that this country needs to turn our hearts back to God in repentance. The Lord is willing to heal our land if we will seek His face. Please join us today and share this with your pastor, family and friends in seeking the Lord together for revival in America. “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
Today’s guest is Bishop Pat Schatzline. He is the founder of Daystar Ministries International, pastor, author, Bishop over many churches around the world, mentor and friend, but most of all he is a mighty man of God. Philip and Pat want to share with you what it means to be hungry for the Lord. Both men have served in the church for many years and have gone through many trials, but they could not have made it without a personal, intimate relationship with our Heavenly Father. To hunger for the Lord is to seek His face. To be in His presence no matter what is going on around you. To desire Him. To know Him. Paul said that his greatest desire was to know the Lord. If we want to see a revival in America, we need to seek the Lord and desire a change in our hearts. “That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death.” Philippians 3:10
On today’s program, Philip and Dennis talk about the desperate need of revival in America. In the history of the church, there have been many great revivals all over the world that have shaped the church today. We need a great move of the Holy Ghost in our church today. We believe that the Lord has sparked a spiritual hunger inside of our hearts drawing us into a deeper relationship with Him. Our Heavenly Father longs to have an intimate relationship with us and one way this happens is by a stirring of the spirit. To hunger and thirst after Him. God doesn’t deal with words, He deals with the heart. Revival starts within your heart. We want to encourage you to pray and ask the Lord for His presence to be made known to you today. “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.” Matthew 5:6
Today we are talking about Faith. Pastor Derek Draughon is our guest and he wants to encourage you in your faith walk with the Lord. Is there something that the Lord is calling you to do, but you are too scared of walking it out. Afraid that you will fail or won’t have enough, or you can’t see what the outcome will look like? Like the widowed woman who told Elisha that she had nothing left in her house to pay her debts. Little did she know that the oil left in the jar was her miracle waiting on her. She thought that wasn’t enough for the Lord to work with, so she overlooked the deposit that was already in her house. What “oil” has God already deposited within your spirit today? We want to encourage you to step out in faith and ask the Lord for His strength to see what He sees in you and put it into action. “What can I do to help you?” Elisha asked. “Tell me, what do you have in the house?” “Nothing at all, except a flask of olive oil, she replied.” 2 Kings 4:2
Fear is the currency of control, but Faith is the currency of freedom. On today's show, Vangeline Inman, wants to share with you how the Holy Spirit changed her life from bitter to sweet, from fear to faith. How He brought her out of the deepest, darkest moments of despair and used them for her good. Since then she has been overwhelmed with joy and the love of Jesus in her life. Her prayer is that you may find the same joy and peace in the midst of the trials that you may be facing. Though the road may seem hard and fear has gripped you, the Lord is here to turn things around for your good. Today, choose Faith and allow the Lord to turn your bitter circumstances into sweetness.
“So he cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a tree. When he cast it into the waters, the waters were made sweet.” Exodus 15:25
“Give us gladness in proportion to our former misery! Replace the evil years with good.” Psalms 90:15
“You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness” Psalms 30:11
Knowledge is power and in the age that we are living in there’s a transfer of information from generation to generation. Today’s guest, Pastor Kyle Searcy, would like to share with you a few steps on how to write a book. He believes that everyone has a story to tell and whether those stories are big or small they are your stories to tell. Over the years as knowledge has increased all we have to do is Google it, but there is nothing like holding the actual story in your hand. Whatever story, revelation or vision that the Lord has placed on your heart today, we encourage you to write it down so that you can have it for generations to come. “Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it.” Habakkuk 2:2
We are living in a time of the Prophetic and Profane. Both of these are playing against each other. There is a spiritual battle that has been raging in this country for a while now and the spirit of fear has been released and it’s spreading around from the enemy that’s trying to grip you and keep you silenced, but the church needs to use the voice God has given us and fight for the future of America. Philip and Pastor Myles Holmes believe that the church is living an extreme time in America and the devil wants nothing more than to destroy the church. If he can take our voice then we are gone. We believe that God is looking for men and women across this land to stand up and be a David and take this country back by the Word of God and move of the Holy Spirit. Jesus is on the side of truth and life and we need to choose today whom we will serve. America, we need to wake up before it’s too late. It’s time for a revival in the church! “...But he who endures to the end shall be saved...” Matthew 24:9-14
On today’s program, Philip’s guest is Joel Stockstill the Executive Director of The Surge Project. His father, Larry, founded this ministry 20 years ago. God has given Joel a passion for the nations and his family travels all over the world and has planted over 30,000 churches. From generation to generation the Lord has blessed his family and they have reaped a spiritual harvest. Like Isaac sowed during the time of famine, Philip and Joel discuss the blessings of sowing into others lives, especially in the midst of the current pandemic we are in. It’s time that the church comes together and not only sows financially, but sows our time and talents into the lives of others. “Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him.” Genesis 26:12
On today’s program, Philip is joined by his longtime friend, Pastor Mark Ivey of Christ Alive Church in Newton, NC. Pastor Ivey shares the history of revival through the ages and he believes that God has set things up for a divine pattern for great revival in America today. Pastor Ivey asks for the church to set aside their plans and seek the Lord with all of their heart. Repent and turn from your wicked ways. Stop listening to the news and gossip around you and go to The Heavenly Father for wisdom. The church does not need to go back to the way that things used to be. Pastor Ivey believes that God is trying to show us the way of the old original church in the book of Acts, to be the house of prayer. We encourage you to prepare your heart for the move of the Holy Ghost in your life. We need to stand up and let Jesus's voice be heard all across this country and throughout the world. “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14.
