The “How To’s” of Church Leadership

On Daily Faith, we have a new guest to share with you today! Pastor Cory Demmel is the Lead Pastor at Cape Christian in Cape Coral, FL. Pastor Demmel has served in various leadership positions over the past 16 years, most recently as the Ministry Development Pastor at Bellevue Christian Center. He is passionate about teaching and training our leaders to discover their purpose and passion. Today he will be discussing leadership principles and cultural variances inside our growing church communities. We may have the same church principles yet different management styles and strategies in our church culture. How do we promote exemplary leadership through our organization’s culture? How do we blend and set these principles into motion that apply to our church’s culture? Pastor Cory Demmel walks you through basic steps to help increase your understanding and areas of growth in leadership. Although growth in this process is hard work, it will pay off. It’s vital to be honest with yourself and take the necessary steps to action. We encourage you to reach out to others for social support and information relating to your community and build a strategy to win your community for God’s Kingdom. The Orphans Hands ministry is the heart and soul of our mission work. We have been working with the orphanages in Moldova for the past 30 years. In Moldova, many children have been kicked out of their homes due to alcohol abuse and neglect within their families. They are sent to an orphanage to grow up, where they are told that they will never be anything in life. The Orphans Hands ministry has been a point of interception for these children to help save and rescue them from the risks of human trafficking upon leaving the orphanage. By bringing them into our homes, we give them a place to live that establishes ownership. We have a village of homes called Vatra Village in Moldova and a house in Ukraine. Our kids are learning and discovering who they are in Christ and developing leadership tools that enable them to minister to those in need. They are no longer orphans but missionaries for the Lord, accepted by Jesus; they desire to see this younger generation take action by being the church. Although we may live in different countries, our church cultures and principles are still the same. Our kids want to share a sample of what a church camp looks like in a communist country. Thank you for your generous support and continued prayers. To discover more information about The Orphans Hands ministry, please visit www.theorphanshands.org.

The 400 Year Cycle

On Daily Faith, Pastor Mark Ivey is back to discuss the divine Biblical and historical time we live in and what the scriptures say. We are living in perilous times in America. There has never been a more significant time and need for a revival in American history than today. Pastor Mark Ivey explains his revelatory truths from the heart of God about the 400-year cycle of waiting we’re living in. In the book of Genesis, God set the universe in order, and it works on His timetable, not man. According to scriptures, God made promises hundreds of years ago, and Pastor Ivey believes we are about to see them fulfilled amid this season of destruction in America. The new things of God are about to spring forth with great excitement, and the Holy Spirit is convicting the hearts of men and women, calling them to fresh repentance and water baptism. Yet, God is searching for people who are hungry for more of His Spirit, those who are willing to host the presence of God in the End Times. No one knows the time or the hour when Jesus will return for His bride. However, the suddenly of heaven is waiting for those who will align their hearts by faith, declaring God’s promises over their lives. Pastor Ivey is the lead pastor of Christ Alive Church in Newton, NC. Church Summer Camps are in full swing at The Orphans Hands. Our kids have been practicing and preparing for this ministry opportunity for a long time. They believe that God will change one life by them sharing His love with them. Many children in Eastern Europe are abused and neglected by their loved ones, kicked out of their homes, sent to grow up in an orphanage. Ignored mainly by the institutions, they’re told that no one loves them and never will. When they come of age, they are sent back to the ones who abandoned them, leaving them subject to human traffickers, giving them false hope for a better life. The Orphans Hands ministry starts to rescue these children simply by giving them a place to call home. We have a village of homes in Moldova called Vatra Village and a house in Ukraine, where the love of a family surrounds them. They each learn and grow their relationship with God through love, repentance, forgiveness, baptism, and relying upon what God’s word says about them. They are forever changed from orphans to missionaries for Jesus. Thank you for your prayers and generous support in helping provide for God’s children. Faith Sparks Miracles

Our guest, joining us on Daily Faith, is the Founder and President of Destiny TV, Evangelist JT Guyton, from Atmore, AL. Evangelist JT is talking about healing and miracles breaking out, giving testimony to the power of God in the church. Recently, he was asked to speak at a service in Sloan Lake Community Church in China Grove, NC, where they are now in their fifth week of revival services. Across the country, many people there are hungry for a move of God and desire to see their lives changed by an encounter with the Holy Spirit. During this time, they have witnessed many miracles and healings take place in the presence of God. Evangelist JT wants to pray with you and to let you know that God is no respecter of persons. Your healing took place on the cross thousands of years ago, by the precious blood of Jesus, and it covers you! What God has done in the lives of others, He can do for you. God is asking for us to believe in His mighty power and receive our healing or miracle. If you are in the middle of a storm or an unbearable situation that you may think is too far out of God’s reach, we want to encourage your faith to stand on the word of God. By faith, declare His promises over your life and begin to thank God for your victory in that area. Matthew 5:6, “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” For more information about Evangelist JT Guyton and DestinyTV programming, please visit www.destinytelevision.tv

The Orphans Hands ministry is the heart of our mission work. We have been helping to save orphaned and abandoned children for over thirty years. When they turn sixteen, these kids are kicked out of the orphanage where traffickers offer them fake jobs and suffer the risks of being sold into human trafficking. The Orphans Hands has been an interception point for these kids. In a small country in Eastern Europe, we have a village of homes called Vatra Village and a house in Ukraine, where these children are welcomed into our family and come to life. We provide everything from education to doctor’s appointments. Some of our kids are studying to be doctors, lawyers, and social workers because they see the need and want to reach out and help others the same way Jesus reached out to them. By faith, they have stepped out and are seeing healing miracles take place in their lives. Betzer House, dedicated to Pastor Dan Betzer, is our last home in Vatra to be completed that will house fifteen more kids. We’d like to share with you a video that our kids created and edited, thanking you for your continued generous support and prayers. What you do in the lives of others will happen for you. The Deconstruction of America

On Daily Faith, our guest is Zachery Drew, host of The Zach Drew Show. He is a watchman for this next generation, bringing us astonishing insights into what is taking place in America and worldwide. Today, he sounds the alarms on the leftist agenda known as Marxism by outlining and explaining their plans, schemes, and ideas on the deconstruction of America. Yet, many people in America have fallen asleep and are blind by their lies and deception. They’ve been casting shadows on the wall, making you believe their false narratives while unraveling their plan for a global reset. Along with these false narratives, they are twisting words, providing misguided information, destroying America’s History, and promoting fear for you to submit to their power and control. It’s an Antichrist spirit that has come as a wolf in sheep’s clothing, stirring in their hearts to tear America down one step at a time, all in the name of Equality. Zach Drew wants to share his thoughts about this vital information and his predictions on how these events may occur. Amid America’s course for destruction, there is hope, and His name is Jesus. The enemy may come to steal, kill, and destroy, but God has come to give life more abundantly in Him. Our prayer is that your faith is strengthened and stirred to action by God’s truth. Jesus is alive, His word is the truth, and His promises will come to pass. It’s time for the church to arise, find its voice, and stand for what we believe. The heart of our mission work is in Moldova, a small, impoverished country in Eastern Europe. Many of the children who live there are often sent out of their homes by their loved ones to grow up in an orphanage. Leaving these children hopeless, abandoned on a path to destruction. The Orphans Hands has helped rescue these unwanted children by saving them from the fears and risks of human trafficking. We have helped feed, clothe, provide education and most of all share God’s truth with a generation that has lost hope. We have a village of homes in Moldova called Vatra Village and a house in Ukraine with up to 75 children. Upon coming into our homes, our kids have grown from sons and daughters to missionaries for the Lord. They have left the feelings of neglect and fear behind and are walking in the fullness of God’s love. Amid the pandemic and lockdown, our kids planned skits, wrote plays, and arranged their summer camps for kids in nearby villages. They desire to see this younger generation cry out to God in hopes for a revival to break out. Thank you for your prayers and continued support. Creating A Family Environment

On Daily Faith, joining us is Pastor Greg Haswell. His passion is to equip the church to walk in its calling. Serving in the ministry for over thirty years with his wife, Michelle, Pastor Greg Haswell moved his family to America from South Africa. He planted a church, and he is the senior pastor of Northlands Church in Norcross, GA. He also serves as chairman of the global leadership council of World Without Orphans. This organization started in 2010 in Ukraine and is now in over eighty-five countries and growing strong. The word of God says in James 1:27, “Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.” The concept within the organization is to encourage the church to step up in its calling with grace, reaching beyond its limitations into God’s plan by adoption. Creating a family environment for these desperate children gives them a sense of self-worth and belonging. Once adopted, their identity has been changed from orphans to beloved children. If the church opened up their homes to one child, what impact would that have on God’s Kingdom? For more information about Northlands Church in Norcross, GA, with Pastor Greg Haswell, please visit www.northlandschurch.com or learn more about World Without Orphans, see www.worldwithoutorphans.org

The Cameron family started their missionary work over thirty years ago in a small, impoverished country in Eastern Europe when they adopted their son from an orphanage in Romania. Their hearts were struck by the horrendous living conditions lack of social support in these orphanages. They knew that they had to help in some way. The Orphans Hands ministry helps save and rescue these once desperate children from the risks of suffering a deadly life by human traffickers. In Moldova, The Orphans Hands ministry has a village of homes called Vatra Village and a house in Ukraine. Together they house around 75 rescued children and, by the mercies of God, are in the process of helping to support more children. Upon coming into our homes, our kids learn and discover their true identity in Jesus Christ by becoming sons and daughters. No longer orphans, these beloved children are now missionaries unto the Lord, serving and growing their relationship in Christ by the love of Jesus. They are currently in the middle of hosting a summer camp for the younger kids in nearby villages. Their hope in their outreach ministry is to reach this younger generation, in a communist country, for our Lord Jesus, one child at a time. We want to thank you for your generous love, prayers, and support in helping to change a life for God’s Kingdom. Faith Over Fear

God favors the bold. On Daily Faith, we’re discussing the blessings of God’s favor when you begin to walk in the boldness of God and how you can do that today! Pastor Paul Daugherty is the Senior Pastor of Victory Church in Tulsa, OK. After his father, Pastor Billy Joe Daugherty, passed away in 2009, his mother, Sharon Daugherty, took on the role of senior pastor. During that time, depression slowly crept into Paul’s mind, and he struggled with mental health issues. He was bound by fear and insecurity. One day, the Lord spoke to him to get ready. As he cried out to the Lord, God met him in his moment of despair, and he discovered God’s bold plan for his life. In 2014, Pastor Paul became the senior pastor of Victory Church. He never imagined he would be given this tremendous opportunity to serve his community in such a way. However, they have faced many challenges, especially amid the pandemic last year. Victory church was given a choice to close their doors or step out against the powers of darkness and keep their doors open. Pastor Paul decided to stand by faith for the Lord boldly. They offered many outreach services to their community and fed millions of families around the country. Victory Church has experienced God’s favor with exponential growth by the thousands throughout the years. When you choose to make a stand for the Lord boldly, having faith over fear, you will experience God’s favor in your faith walk like never before. Create the Condition for Revival

On Daily Faith, we have Pastor Derek Draughon joining us to encourage your faith in the Lord. Pastor Derek Draughon is the lead pastor at Saraland First in Saraland, AL. As a watchman on the wall, Pastor Derek is a man that seeks after the heart of God, listening intently to what God is saying. God is speaking and confirming His word to many men and women around the world. There is a great revival stirring in the hearts of God’s people worldwide—those who thirst and hunger after more of God. People are searching for the truth in this barren and dry land. Pastor Derek wants you to know that God is not surprised by the wickedness that’s taking place in our schools, homes, communities, government, and leadership worldwide. God knows what is going on. He has allowed the waters to be stirred up as they were stirred at the pool in Bethesda to shift our focus on the source of our strength. Philip and Pastor Derek want to encourage your faith, enabling you to get ready for a new season of revival. Revival happens for a purpose, and we believe that the glory of God is going to be on display. To see what has never been done, we have to do what has never been done. The Orphans Hands is our mission work in Eastern Europe. We help to rescue unwanted and abandoned children, saving them from hopeless situations. In Moldova, the children who have grown up in the orphanages are kicked out when they become of age, leaving them subject to the real risks of human trafficking. Desperate and searching for love in the broken places, they are left feeling alone and fearful. We have become the point of interception for these children. We have a village of homes in Moldova called Vatra Village and a house in Ukraine. We have welcomed them into our homes, telling them, “If they were born, God has a plan.” Our kids are sent to school, cared for, and shared the love of Jesus with, as they discover who is the source of their strength. Man has abandoned them, but Jesus never will. For months, our kids have been preparing for summer camp, and it’s finally here. They have designed skits, plays on stories from the Bible, and music to show them who Jesus is and give their testimonies of what God has done in their hearts. Many of these kids have never heard about Jesus and don’t know His love. Their prayer is to see God quench their hunger and thirst for more of God by the power of the Holy Spirit. We have a short clip and pictures our kids sent to show you what your generous support and prayers have helped to accomplish in the lives of others. Racial Reconciliation within the Church

On Daily Faith, we have a tremendous show today about understanding the racial divide and the need for reconciliation within the church in America, Jesus’s way. Joining us to share his story of pastoring the ups and down’s of a multiethnic and multicultural church is Pastor Ray Washington. He is the lead pastor of East Lake Community Church in Irmo, South Carolina. Pastor Ray has been ministering for over twenty years, but it wasn’t until 2018 that the Lord called his family to move to South Carolina to help the church grow in grace and unity. As the volunteer elder for the church, he later became the first nominated black candidate for the pastoral position at East Lake Community. The Scriptures says in Mark 3:25, “And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.” Pastor Ray would like to share relevant and insightful steps on how to walk and grow in grace in a racially divided country. As men and women of God, we are called to be the body of Christ, where every part is necessary and valuable in God’s Kingdom. It’s time to stand up for what we believe and not give in to the powers of darkness. In His kingdom, He is preparing a table in the presence of the enemy that will host every tribe and every nation for His purpose. For more information about Pastor Ray Washington from East Lake Community Church, please visit www.eastlakeonline.com.

Mission work weighs heavy on our hearts. For over thirty years, the nature of our mission work has been in Eastern Europe, the country of Moldova. Moldova is one of the poorest countries in the world. They have the highest rate of alcoholism and death rate due to alcoholism. Many children in this impoverished country are sent to grow up in an orphanage where they are told that they will never be anything in life and grow up with feelings of insecurity. When they become of age, they are sent back out into the streets, leaving them subject to the risks of human trafficking. The Orphans Hands ministry has stepped in to help rescue these children from the dangers of human trafficking. We have a village of homes in Moldova called Vatra Village, where they have a warm and safe place to grow up in, discovering the love of Jesus in unity. Upon coming into our homes, they are now sons and daughters of Christ, who turned into missionaries to the kids they once were. God has given them the grace to forgive the ones who hurt them and brought reconciliation to their lives, walking in the fullness of His joy. We are about to welcome twenty more children into our homes, and it’s because of your generous support and prayers through the love of Jesus. Thank you! Making an Old Wine Skin New

On Daily Faith today, we have one of Philip’s dear friends on the program, Pastor Mike Coleman. He is the lead pastor at Christ Alive Orlando in Winter Park, FL. He is also a Biblical Archeologist. He enjoys diving deeper into the word of God, discovering and uncovering the backstories of the Bible. Recently, God has been laying a foundation for revelation to unfold, bringing the word of God to a place of rest within. Pastor Mike brings tremendous insight and unveils the wisdom in the process of making old wineskins new again. I’m sure you have heard this saying; the best is yet to come. But in reality, it doesn’t feel that way. It’s the opposite. It’s a process that He has prepared for you, although we may not understand at the moment. You have been cut to the core and are left feeling exposed and vulnerable to the pain, yet God is using those tender moments to accomplish something more significant in your life. Pastor Mike wants to give you six steps, revealing their spiritual implications, to help you see and know where you are right now. We want to encourage you not to give up in the middle of the process or give in to the lies from the devil. As the process is for the old wineskins, God uses this time of cleansing and refining to help you become the masterpiece He has intended for you to be all along. We pray that your faith is encouraged and strengthened in the Lord today. In due season and time, you will step into the better yet to come. We have a village of homes in the country of Moldova and a house in Ukraine. It’s in these small, impoverished countries that our heart lies. For over thirty years, we have been rescuing and helping orphaned children from the risks of human trafficking.  Often, these children have been abused and kicked out of their homes by their loved ones and are sent to grow up in an orphanage. They are told that no one loves them, leaving them abandoned with no hope in sight. It’s upon coming into our homes where they discover the love Jesus has poured out for them, making them new again. Through this gentle process, God is cleansing and refining their lives for a greater purpose. Right now, the water wells in our village have run dry, leaving our kids without daily water. It’s only by God’s provision through your generous support and that we have made it. We want to thank you for your continued prayers and support. The Truth Will Triumph

Joining us on Daily Faith is Pastor Jesse Jarvis of Christ Church in Port Orange, FL. He has been the lead pastor since 2015, and over the past few years, the church has grown exponentially. Pastor Jesse isn’t afraid to speak the truth and stand up for our freedom. God has given him a boldness to preach the word of God with clarity, gaining insight into what God’s word has to say on the matter. For a long time, many people have bought into the lies of deception from the devil, resulting in complacency, willfully blind to the truth. Instead of the church changing the world, we have been slowly lulled to sleep to the wars around us and are afraid of offending anyone, leaving the church voiceless. Pastor Jesse brings a profound sense of clarity as he unravels our culture’s misguided ideologies and false narratives today. He explains the key that he encourages you to search for: What does God’s word say on the matter? This battle is not physical, it’s spiritual, and the only thing that can change the direction of our great country is a people hungry for a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit all across this land. If America doesn’t wake up and stand for what we believe, America is headed for a collapse, but it will come from within. For more information about Pastor Jesse Jarvis of Christ Church in Port Orange, FL, please visit www.joinedwithjesus.org

Our mission work started over thirty years ago in a small orphanage in Romania. We have been helping to save and rescue young children from the risks of human trafficking. At a young age, some at birth, many children are sent to grow up in an orphanage and have been told that no one loves them, and they will never be anything in life. At the age of sixteen, they are aged out of the system and sent back to the places where they came. There, traffickers wait to lure them in hopes of a better life. The Orphans Hands has been a point of interception in this horrendous matter. We have a village of homes in Moldova called Vatra Village. It’s a safe and warm place where they have a chance to grow up and learn biblical truths of who they are in Christ. They have become sons and daughters who turned into missionaries reaching the lost with the love of Jesus. Our kids understand the importance of being the church in a loveless world. Culture wars are nothing new, but with wisdom and truth from God, they use their voices to preach the Gospel of Jesus with clarity to a lost and dying generation. We want to thank you for your continued support and prayers for God’s children. For more information about The Orphans Hands ministry, please visit www.theorphanshands.org.
